PDF files (Adobe Acrobat)

Some of the publications contained in this site or other sites we've linked to are in Adobe PDF format. PDF files can be viewed in your Web browser with a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, you can obtain it free of charge from the Adobe Web site. Version 6.0 or higher is required.

If you have any difficulty installing or using Acrobat Reader please see the help provided on the Adobe Web site. Acrobat Reader is entirely owned and distributed by Adobe Systems, Inc., and we cannot provide technical support for the product

Sometimes, due to Internet browser cache problems, PDF documents may not load properly.

To fix this problem:

  1. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click the refresh button in your browser.
  2. If you are still having problems, try upgrading your Adobe Acrobat software.
